Which payment methods are available with TrafficStars?

Currently TrafficStars publishers can choose between the 3 following payment methods: 

  • Paypal 
  • Paxum 
  • Wire 

What is the minimum Payout?

  • Paypal / Paxum  - $100
  • Wire  - $1,000

On the platform you can chose the desired minimum payout for your invoices to be generated: $100, $200, $500, $1000, $2000 etc.

Which payment terms can I choose from?

  • Weekly (NET7)  
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly   

How do I get paid by TrafficStars? Do I have to send a physical invoice?

TrafficStars has launched self-billing for publishers. 

Each week/month/quarter, an invoice is automatically generated and appears within the publisher’s Payment tab once the account has reached the minimum Payout for the billing period. 

We calculate invoices based on our platform statistics, therefore publishers receive the precise amount of earnings they see on the platform!  

Invoices will be automatically generated with billing information provided on the account, IF;

For WEEKLY:

Paypal/Paxum: for the billing period Monday - Sunday account has generated more than the chosen minimum Payout.

If the minimum payout chosen is not reached, the amount accrued will be added to the next invoice which will be released once the account reaches the minimum payout (e.g. next week)

For MONTHLY: 

Paypal/Paxum - for the billing period from the first to the last day of the month, the account has generated more than the chosen minimum Payout.

WIRE - for the billing period from the first to the last day of the month, the account has generated more than the chosen minimum Payout.

If the minimum payout chosen is not reached, the amount accrued will be added to the next invoice which will be released once the account reaches the minimum payout (e.g. next month)

What information do I have to provide for my invoice to be generated? 

Please make sure all your billing information (company billing details and payout method) are correct and updated at all times to ensure a smooth payout process.

Information which has to be provided to enable self-billing:

Individuals:

First name, Last name

Country,City,address, ZIP code

Payment details: WIRE details or Paxum/Paypal email.

Beneficiary info (If beneficiary is different than the one provided in your Account Information)

Companies:

Full company name

Country / City / address/ ZIP code 

Payment details: WIRE details or Paxum/Paypal email.

Beneficiary info (If beneficiary is different than the one provided in your Account Information)

VAT number for EU companies, if applicable. 

Can I change my payment method or terms?

Yes, you can change your payment method or terms.

Please bear in mind that the current payment method can be updated until the end of the current billing period.

If you currently have Weekly - please update it before the end of Sunday of the billing week.

If you currently have Monthly - please update it before the end of the current month.

If billing information has been introduced after the end of the current billing period, TrafficStars can not guarantee proceeding with the payout on time and will hold the payment until the new payment period begins according to TrafficStars’ terms and schedule.

We kindly ask you to notify the Publishing Team regarding any changes made by sending an email to publishing@trafficstars.com or notify your account manager via Skype or email. 

**Please take into consideration that bank transfer operations don’t depend on TrafficStars and might take up to 5 business days to receive your payment on the bank account, depending purely on your bank.
