Everyone is talking about Google’s Better Ads Experience Program and how it will affect advertisers like you. We’re here to tell you that TrafficStars has you covered. Here’s what you should do to keep compliant.
We're moving towards an era of better quality in the industry. The number of users downloading ad blockers has been increasing daily because of growing mistrust in ads online. Google is trying to stabilise this shift in the marketplace by trying create a fair, level playing field with clear guidelines on how we can all work towards regaining this trust, industry wide.
Our focus is, and always has been on quality. We’re testing and learning from our partner xHamster.com, which has been verified as fully compliant, and working closely with our advertisers and publishers to make the transition to the new standards as easy and pain-free as possible.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Google’s new rules are forcing us all to change. We at TrafficStars see this as a good thing for our industry. We’ve been preparing for these changes for some time now; so we’re fully equipped with the support, tools and knowledge to help.
We suggest all advertisers create new compliant banners as soon as possible, and try new ad formats such as Native Ads or Video Pre-rolls and Postitials, which will be announced soon.

Native Ads are the best alternative to banner ads. Safe, less intrusive with amazing Click Through and Conversion Rates!
We have also released the new Native Ad format to all publishers, which are native ads delivered in a way that is consistent with the form, style and voice of the site they appear on.
Video Pre-Roll Ad Format
We also now offer the Video Pre-roll Ad format, which is a video that plays before the content and allows the user to skip the ad after a number of seconds. This perfectly fits in line with Google’s ad formats on YouTube and therefore is considered to be non-intrusive and user-friendly.
Postitial Ad Format

Very soon, we will bring you the Postitial Ad Format, which we’re very excited about! The Postitial ad format is a full screen ad (a 900x600 banner on desktop or a 300x250 banner on mobile), which will be served between two pages of content, so will appear after the click on a link and before the desired page loads.
